ASL DIRECT Secure bilingual intake

How it works

One guided path, with the firm in control

ASL Direct is intake infrastructure for participating law firms. It gathers information for review; it does not evaluate a legal claim or provide legal advice.

1. The firm configures intake

The participating firm approves its practice areas, disclosures, urgency rules, transfer options, delivery destination, and retention requirements before calls open.

2. The caller chooses a language

The guided experience supports English and Spanish while preserving one structured record and the caller’s original meaning.

3. Safety and consent come first

The intake confirms the service’s role, addresses immediate danger, and records required consent before collecting matter information.

4. The firm receives the record

After completion, the firm receives the structured intake and transcript through a signed, retryable delivery process for attorney review and follow-up.

Current pilot status

The website and core API are online. Public calling remains closed until a participating firm, approved number, provider credentials, supervised bilingual calls, and delivery acceptance are complete.
